What if I don't like the items that I received? Part of purchasing the Mystery Box is the surprise itself. Therefore, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Will I receive duplicate items in my Mystery Box? Each individual box purchased will not contain duplicate items.

If I purchase more than one box together is there a chance that I will receive duplicate items? Unfortunately, yes because the boxes are packed well ahead of release we are unable to guarantee that each will be unique if purchasing more than one mystery box. (We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! However, please note that there will not be duplicate items in individual boxes.)
